Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a **Sales Administrator** for our client based within the **Ludlow** area.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Day shifts, 9am - 5:30pm

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.

**Experience we are looking for...**
- **Minimum of 2 years experience within sales administration - essential.**:

- IT literate with experience of databases and MS Office
- Strong administrative and organisational background
- Confident over the phone handling customer enquiries

**Your daily job duties will include..**
- Working alongside colleagues in the Sales Team providing quotations and pricing information to customers
- Handling customers’ orders and working to strict deadlines
- Assisting customers with website ordering
- Handling incoming calls and webchats for the Sales Department (purely reactive)
- Maintaining customer databases and update regularly
- Compiling sales packs for customers ready to be mailed
- Compiling relevant weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Manager
- Liaising with customers and suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludlow, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
