Le titulaire du poste est responsable de l'horaire des techniciens pour les travaux de service et de la création de nouveaux programmes d'entretien pour l'équipement des clients. Traite également les demandes des clients ; remplir les accords entre l'entrepreneur et le client et préparer les devis d'atelier et de services sur place.
Le rôle
Planification des appels de service.
Ouverture des bons de travail.
Participer à la facturation.
Ouverture des comptes pour les clients.
Prise de rendez-vous avec les clients.
Saisir les programmes d'entretien et les accords avec les entrepreneurs.
Compilez et renvoyez la garantie complète à l'administrateur de garantie.
S'assurer que les évaluations des risques sur le terrain sont remplies et signées.
S'assurer que la réparation des génératrices est faite dans un délai raisonnable.
Réservation d'Equipment pour les différents travaux banc de charges, thermo, etc...
Préparations des documents de mise en service tel que documenté dans la clause de garantie.
Assurez à la fin du mois que tout ce qui est prêt à être facturé est facturé
Planifications des locations (si besoin, avec l'équipement des locations)
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Le candidat
Éducation: Diplôme d'études collégiales ou études postsecondaires (atout).
Expérience professionnelle: 3 à 5 années d'expérience connexe dans les opérations liées aux services, aux pièces, à la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Connaissances: Une connaissance de base des secteurs de l'industrie de l'équipement lourd , des camions et de la génératrice est un atout.
Aptitudes: Microsoft Office, y compris Outlook, Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
