You will be working as part of a small Customer Service team, working directly with your line manager along with various other departments and managers within the company.

You will mainly be handling both outgoing and incoming telephone calls to/ from customers, processing orders, handling any queries that may arise, processing relevant paperwork and documents relating to customer accounts.

There would also be other duties required within the scope of your role.

In order to be considered, you must be able to:

  • Provide excellent telephone assistance to all customers
  • Resolve customer enquires in a timely and professional manner
  • Be computer literate, sound knowledge of word, excel
  • Be articulate, organised and able to cope within a busy office environment
  • Experience in Customer Service would be an advantage
  • Be selfmotivated and enthusiastic who is also a team player
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude


If you're looking to work within a small friendly team and you enjoy communicating with customers on a day to day basis then this could be for you, every day will be different.

As the office environment can be quickly paced, someone who is calm in dealing with high priority tasks along with be proactive rather than reactive is certainly sought.


This role is offered with working hours of Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 28 days annual leave (bank holidays are worked), and offered with a remuneration of £25,000.
