Service Administration Assistant.

Location:

Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 7UH, hybrid between office and home.

Hours: 30 hours per week,

(Preferably 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)

Contract type:
Fixed Term Contract until 30th November 2023


Salary:
£19,063 per annum pro rata.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Health & Local Crisis Response Team as a Service Administration Assistant.


You will assist the Support Officer in providing administrative and operational support functions to the area that is managed and delivered in accordance with both the needs of the area and corporate requirements.


A hybrid role between home and the Grantham office, you will have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a greater team.

We are ideally looking for someone to work across 5 days a week, between Monday - Friday.

The Health & Local Crisis Response services (HLCR) support people in the space between hospital and home and respond to the needs of people in crisis following an emergency; maintaining an extensive network of external relationships across health, social care, and emergency services.


About you...
To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • General administrative duties; incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone and scanning, filing, meeting and greeting customers
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional and confidential manner both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy
