Working as part of a two-person team with a Project Manager you will liaise with clients, coordinate all aspects of the projects from initial inspections, programming in all trades, ordering materials, and invoicing the jobs.
We are a professional company, offering a range of domestic & commercial repairs, maintenance and landscaping services throughout NI. We are currently seeking to recruit for general administration positions within our Bangor office.
This is an interesting and rewarding position with opportunities for training and role progression with the successful applicants requiring the following skills/attributes.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Capable of working to deadlines and Service Level Agreements
Excellent keyboard skills and experienced in using microsoft office/google
Able to demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritise
Must work well as part of a Team
Outgoing and confident individual
