Reed HR are proud to be partnering with a fast-paced, growing technology focused organisation based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, in their search an experienced, capable and flexible HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.


The HR Business Partner will be a vital addition to the growing HR function, reporting directly to the HR Director, and overseeing the HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all complex HR queries.


Main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all complex HR queries
  • Advising, implementing, and following process and policy
  • Managing and resolving employee relations issues when they arise, conducting thorough, effective, and objective investigations where necessary
  • Working collaboratively with the HR Director to implement a new HRIS/ATS system
  • Becoming an expert in HR processes and systems, keeping them under review to ensure they meet the changing needs of the business
  • Involvement with multiple HR initiatives and projects
  • Owning and improving the induction process
  • Training Line Managers on HR best practice
  • Providing performance management guidance to line management including coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions, investigations, sickness absence, maternity, paternity, flexible working requests and note taking when necessary.
To be considered for this post, you will have demonstrable generalist HR experience. You'll have strong generalist experience, along with the ability to work autonomously with a proactive nature. You will have at least the CIPD Level 5 qualification andbe keen to progress your career further.


Experience of managing HR issues in an international setting would also be beneficial as this business operates on a global scale in multiple locations.

You will be confident in managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries andsickness absence management.


You'll be a confident self-starter with a positive approach, along with an ability to be discreet when dealing with confidential information.

You'll be willing to fit in to a friendly, fast paced environment and be ready to roll up your sleeves up and getstuck in to help the team out.
