**About Our Client**:
Our client employ nearly 3,000 people across Europe, over 80 different sites. The role will sit in the Healthcare business unit and will support a dedicated Business Partner in the day to day operations of the HR department, as part of the wider People team.
The Junior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Becoming a trusted Advisor to all line managers, providing guidance on the full employment lifecycle
- Supporting cyclical HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy reviews, appraisals and employee satisfaction surveys
- Managing employee relations cases
- Dealing with Occupational Health referrals and managing process of outcomes
- Supporting managers and new starters with complex contract requirements
**The Successful Applicant**:
The ideal Junior HR Business Partner will have the following skills/ qualities:
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- A background in a manufacturing/ healthcare/ logistics environment
- Excellent understanding of contract and employment law
**What's on Offer**:
A salary of £40/43,000 dependant on experience, 25 days holiday, healthcare and enhanced pension.
