As a Program Support Specialist, HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for supporting employees and HR teams in the UK. Providing knowledgeable, efficient and courteous support to employees and Field HR partners who reach out to HRConnection with questions about benefits, compensation, payroll, policies, and other HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, document, and respond to incoming inquiries using the HRConnection Zendesk tool
  • Handle complex issues and perform deep research and analysis particularly in the space of payroll and benefits
  • Synthesize and communicate information to HR partners and employees
  • Oversight & execution of the HR Shared Services programmes/processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of organisational and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Acts as the customer advocate for HR by representing the programs/processes in a positive manner. Proactively escalates issues to ensure uninterrupted service of programmes/processes.
  • Identifies trends which need additional attention and/or clarification and reports these issues to department leadership.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Add value to the services offered by HRConnection in consistent pursuit of creating a world-class employee support experience

  • Administering and executing a portfolio of HR Shared Services programs:
  • You will strategically manage the program's ongoing operation as well as execute its day-to-day processes/tasks
  • You will be empowered to explore ways to continually improve the programmes/processes assigned to you and ensure that they are integrated consistently within the HR organisation.

As part of the small but mighty two-person team dedicated to supporting employees in the UK, you will be challenged to:

  • Work together and as backup for each other to ensure coverage to achieve a high level of service
  • Incorporate learnings of the US HRC team and adapt to a more global model
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day tasks to support the team
  • Take ownership of your personal and professional success by seeking out and engaging in continuing education opportunities and experiences

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail, ability to execute 5-star customer service and possess exceptional professional presentation. The candidate will exercise excellent judgment, have a strong sense of collaboration and communication, be able to think of creative/nonlinear solutions to sourcing challenges, and be able to function in a highly confidential environment.
