Working within our Group Property Development team, the successful Property and Investment Project Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution and completion of property projects, with particular focus within Construction / Refurbishment / Equipment Remodels / Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades.
The ideal candidate will be searching for an opportunity to develop their existing property or FM project management skill set, with existing experience of managing small (sub-£100k) facilities and construction projects.
This role requires you to be out and about, with frequently travel which may occasionally include overnight stays.The role also requires the individual to be in our London office in Angel at least one day per week and up to three days per week on occasion.
