Salary: £40,337

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Permanent Contract

This is a great chance to join MTVH as a Service Charge Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to support in calculating, collecting, and allocating service charges for leasehold and rented properties. You'll work closely with the service charge team to ensure accuracy in data preparation and compliance with regulations. Your role includes collaborating with different departments, resolving issues for customers, and serving as a central resource for various business areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as Systems Administrator for Service Charge activity
  • Central co-ordination of service charge cycles
  • Develop and administer reporting information
  • Analyze data for Service Improvements

Required Skills:

  • Experience in system administration
  • Strong understanding of service charges and systems
  • Great communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Identify and deliver service improvements
  • Document processes and present information clearly
  • Explain technical information effectively to different audiences
  • IT skills in Excel, Housing, Finance, and Service Charge systems
