This will be for a busy engineering Client, must be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the site
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and assistance
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and organization
  • Conduct data entry and maintain databases with relevant information

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Packages
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great Timekeeping
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desired
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
