StormX Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and load all new projects onto the company's CRM system
  • Coordinate and manage all new projects from start to finish, assigning updates and processing tasks
  • Raise orders and purchase orders, and prepare packing lists
  • Update shipping status and ensure timely delivery
  • Update packing lists, delivery notes, and warranty agreements
  • Handle service enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
  • Produce risk assessments and method statements as required
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain parts and materials
  • Raise purchase orders and manage inventory levels
  • Book services to meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage all service telephones and emails, ensuring efficient communication with customers
  • Produce reports as required by clients and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
