**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and load all new projects onto the company's CRM system
- Coordinate and manage all new projects from start to finish, assigning updates and processing tasks
- Raise orders and purchase orders, and prepare packing lists
- Update shipping status and ensure timely delivery
- Update packing lists, delivery notes, and warranty agreements
- Handle service enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
- Produce risk assessments and method statements as required
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain parts and materials
- Raise purchase orders and manage inventory levels
- Book services to meet client needs and expectations
- Manage all service telephones and emails, ensuring efficient communication with customers
- Produce reports as required by clients and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
