About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team within a well-established company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering.
This role is crucial in supporting the operations of a busy helpdesk, ensuring the smooth allocation and processing of work orders for a team of skilled engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including preparing and managing documents, maintaining accurate files, and handling correspondence.
- Helpdesk Operations: Manage incoming work orders, allocate tasks to engineers, and monitor job progress to ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communication: Provide prompt and professional responses to clients, process completed jobsheets, and upload documents to customer portals.
- Site Management: Arrange site access and obtain necessary permits for work in shopping centers, landlord-managed buildings, and other locations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Experience: Proven experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or call centre environment is highly preferred.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Technical Skills: Accurate data entry skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
