Regional Sales Director

We are searching for a dedicated Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of offering our full Event Marketing and Partner Ecosystem Services to B2B companies. Our services cover Field Marketing, Events, partner co-marketing, partner acquisition, and partner enablement solutions aimed at boosting and broadening companies' partner ecosystem capabilities. The Regional Sales Director will have a crucial role in spotting and securing new business chances, establishing and nurturing relationships with crucial stakeholders, and meeting sales targets in the specified region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
Identify, close, and develop sales prospects for Event Marketing and Partner Ecosystem Services within the B2B technology area. Grasp the client's business needs profoundly and customize solutions that enhance their partner ecosystem. - Strategic Planning:
Create and execute a detailed regional sales plan aligning with the company's objectives. Analyze the market to discover new prospects and trends in the partner ecosystem sector. - Relationship Management:
Construct and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers at targeted companies. Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met. - Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful service delivery. Offer market feedback to steer the development of services and solutions. - Revenue Growth:
Attain and surpass sales targets for the region. Monitor sales forecasts and performance, updating senior management regularly. - Industry Expertise:
Become an authority in Partner Ecosystem Services and the wider partner ecosystem landscape. Keep updated on industry trends and opportunities. - Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to devise co-marketing strategies with partners. Assist in creating sales and marketing materials to effectively present the value of our services. Host events locally to stay connected with clients and grasp service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years of partner sales experience in B2B technology.
- Thorough understanding of partner ecosystems, including co-marketing, acquisition, and enablement strategies.
- Extensive network of contacts in the B2B tech industry, particularly in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of identifying and leveraging sales opportunities.
- Driven self-starter with exceptional time management and the independence to work effectively.
- Openness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
