Job Title:
Regional Sales Director

This is a rare, and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most successful independently owned estate agency groups as a Regional Sales Director.

You will be initially responsible for multiple locations plus further acquisition and new office openings.

You must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering growth in an estate agency business and meet the high personal standards this role requires.

It will be your role to generate profit by driving income/activity levels of estate agency and associated activities for the group, you will need to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.

Maximise resources to increase operational profitability and personally generate fee income from daily activities, it will be your responsibility to develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention and monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, you will ensure that staff are focussed on Core Priorities of the business while recruiting and developing successful teams and individuals to have long term careers with the company.

Create a performance culture in your part of the business through Performance Review Meetings and League Table generation.
Proactively recruit quality staff for your own operation and the company.
Manage performance consistently through 1-1 performance review meetings.

Actively ensure you grow market share in your coverage area regardless of market conditions whilst meeting all financial targets.

Run weekly conference calls for Negotiators and Managers to monitor performance and give recognition reward to top performers.
Achieve required levels of FS appointments and mortgage/protection sign up's for the FS advisor team in your area.
Ensure Clients are contacted weekly in line with Client contact policy.
