Apollo backs some of the most prominent GraphQL APIs globally, with clients like Netflix, Expedia, Peloton, DoorDash, The New York Times, and Zillow among many others. However, we're not satisfied with where we are now - we're on a mission to revolutionize software development.

We're looking for a top-tier Regional Director to lead our EMEA team and capitalize on the exceptional opportunities in a vast market. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and recruiting top talent, collaborating with the CRO on strategic initiatives to meet revenue targets, and working with various stakeholders to drive successful sales efforts. You'll play a crucial role in our ongoing growth and expansion.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build a high-performing sales team and ensure they reach their productivity goals.
  • Implement a comprehensive enablement program for enhanced productivity in collaboration with the CRO and Product Marketing.
  • Provide valuable field insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales performance, including pipeline, achievement, and performance metrics.
  • Focus on optimizing sales processes, strategies, quota management, territory allocation, and pipeline visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally to assess and improve the sales process, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance results.
