Overview:
nWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our comprehensive Event Marketing and Partner Ecosystem Services to B2B companies.
Our services include Field Marketing, Events, partner co-marketing, partner acquisition, and partner enablement solutions designed to enhance and expand the capabilities of companies with an existing partner ecosystem.
The Regional Sales Director will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
nSales and
Business Development:
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for Event Marketing and Partner Ecosystem Services within the B2B technology sector. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs and tailor solutions that add value to their partner ecosystem.
nStrategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the partner ecosystem space.
nRelationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
nCollaboration:
Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
Provide feedback from the market to guide the evolution of our services and solutions.nRevenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the region. Manage sales forecasts and track sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
nIndustry Expertise:
Become an expert in Partner Ecosystem Services and the broader partner ecosystem landscape. Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
nMarketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement co-marketing strategies with partners.
Support the creation of sales and marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.nHost some of the events in the region to remain closer to the client and understand the actual delivery.
Qualifications:
nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
An advanced degree is a plus.nMinimum of 8 years of partner sales experience in the B2B technology sector.nDeep understanding of partner ecosystems, including co-marketing, acquisition, and enablement strategies.nStrong network of contacts within the B2B tech industry, especially within the region.nExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.nStrategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.nHighly motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.nWillingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
