_Are you a proactive 'can do' person with fantastic attention to detail and data input accuracy? We have a great opportunity for a People Officer to join our HR team_


Using your experience of providing professional and transactional people support, you'll play a key part in the HR Team, providing critical administration support in management information and reporting.


  • Please note this is a 6 month fixed term role_

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage all people compliance checks including setting up new starters, processing leavers, changes, and exceptions through our HRIS and payroll system
  • Payroll processing, providing recruitment and onboarding support, producing employee contracts, offer letters and change letters
  • Providing professional, transactional people support, you'll operate across a generalist remit providing endtoend support across the employee life cycle
  • Ensuring all data is maintained in our system
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in other areas of HR including supporting on People projects.

About You

  • Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • A proactive, cando person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst multitasking.
