We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Macmillan Davies. As an HR Consultant, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on people-related queries and issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on people-related queries and issues
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Supporting clients with employee relations casework and providing them with the correct information to make effective decisions
  • Assisting with HR administration tasks, such as producing contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions

About you:

  • Qualified to CIPD level 5
  • Generalist HR advisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Key eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confident and outgoing personality, able to build relationships and rapport with ease

  • Basic salary of £32,000 - £36,000
