Shift pattern:

  • You will support the Contract Manager/Operations Manager by coordinating routine grounds maintenance, winter services, including gritting and snow clearance and additional landscape project work.
  • Provide support to regional operations team to ensure services are delivered to a high standard, and expectations are met.
  • Building effective relationships with your team and our clients.
  • Work effectively using our operating systems, and be able to problem solve to keep work moving

What we are looking for


In order to be successful in this role, you should be capable of planning and supervising static and multi-site maintenance works.

Grounds Maintenance experience is ideal to best understand the services and attention to detail required by the operational team.

You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, and management of safe systems associated with the work environment.

You should be a self-starter, willing to take the initiative when necessary, and able to lead, motivate and manage your team safely and effectively.

A full driving license is required.
