The Role...

Taking bookings for our resturants

-Confirmation calls for all HarBAR reservations.

-Communication and organisation for our restaurants group reservationsincluding timings, pre-arrival emails, pre-orders and deposits.

-Placing large bookings including pre order bookings into Opera

-Contracting and collection of deposits for all large bookings.

-Site Visits for groups within HarBAR

-Follow-up emails for all HarBAR group reservations

-Putting together new menus when required

-Communication with reservations regarding new menus, allergen information anddrinks orders

-Other admin duties
