As a Senior National Account Manager, you play a vital role in driving Blue Arrow's growth and profitability while ensuring our core values are integrated into all operations.

What this role entails:

  • Comprehensive research and understanding of customers' business strategies to align sales strategies and boost Blue Arrow's market share
  • Identifying cross-sector revenue opportunities
  • Developing precise client development plans
  • Engaging in regular face-to-face meetings with clients and key decision-makers
  • Creating business cases and financial models for new opportunities
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships within each customer account and fostering new business prospects
  • Achieving growth targets and key performance indicators
  • Fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and driving positive change through effective communication
  • Nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and retention
  • Maintaining ongoing discussions focused on expanding Blue Arrow's market share

About You:

  • Proven track record in revenue growth within a sales-focused role
  • Experience in senior account development, preferably in National Accounts or managing multiple accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver effective solutions
  • Capacity to influence and drive proactive change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentations
  • Sound business acumen and market knowledge
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and willing to travel as needed
