POSITION:


As a result of business expansion, we are seeking an experienced account manager that's ready for the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for a small selection of key accounts with two direct reports managing the wider customer base.


Your key deliverables:

Grow the revenue from the entire customer base, hit the renewals targets, manage price books, grow and develop the account management team.

This position is a remote role with the requirement to commute to monthly team meetings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Team Lead- Lead a small team with the scope to grow over the next 12 months to hit the business goals- Responsible for coaching and developing 2 direct reports into exceptional account managers- Monthly 121's and annual performance reviews- Embed a strategic account manager approach with reporting cadence in place- Managing key projects such as Licence Audits or back to base marketing campaigns.


Account Management- Responsibility for your own accounts and your own targets- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Company's product portfolio and awareness of competitor products- Qualify, develop and manage a lead through to sales conversion, whether sourced or provided by brands- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of sufficient size to achieve agreed sales targets- Ensure your own monthly sales targets (KPIs) set by management are met or exceeded- Meet and exceed all bookings and revenue targets- Meet and exceed all weekly and monthly activity expectations- Maintain high levels of CRM accuracy to help provide the wider business with correct information.

Systems & Processes- Building account management process to great consistency and improve customer relationships.

Consistent customer contact, account reviews, proposals, account update plans- Work with the Contracts Manager to ensure the contract renewal automation process is working- Work with Credit Control to agree a process for escalating and resolving 90 day bad debt- Manage and report on the account management approaches i.e.

Accounts on quarterly meetings, Accounts on half yearly meetings.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • Proven experience software solutions within the payments sector

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • High level of customer focus
