We are looking for customer-focused hospitality superstars with a passion for music, concerts and live events in general to join us on a
temporary basis between September - December, with the possibility to go permanent.

If you love going to concerts, enjoy the buzz of ticket on-sales and can talk about music with enthusiasm, we'd love to hear from you

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Management of members' requests

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • In possession of valid work authorization for the United Kingdom
  • Must have a working knowledge of booking concert tickets
  • Experience of booking tickets to live events, ability to conduct research for ticket recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written English (other European language is a plus)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, passion for delighting customers
  • Hospitality, concierge or box office experience is desirable
  • Passionate about engaging with members
  • Administration

  • Computer literacy
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Desirable:

  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers and members
  • Experience in closing/converting bookings
  • Knowledge of ticket booking systems
  • Knowledge of working with and explaining terms of conditions related to tickets

Flexibility to work shifts:

  • Ability to start employment in September 202
  • Mon-Fri with weekend day every fortnight and 2 late shifts a week or Tues-Sat with 1 late shift a week (all core shifts start between 810 am)
