Our client, a leading equity trading firm are looking to bring on a Desktop Support Specialist to join their UK based Windows Services Team. This role offers the change to focus on deploying and supporting technology solutions for the firm's trading desk and their European offices.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Provision of desktop support to internal users

Respond to customer requests and trouble calls through ticketing system, email, phone and in-person in a timely manner and with excellent customer service

Problem and Incident ticket ownership through to resolution

Deliver and assist in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals within a Windows 10 environment.

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

Deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 desktop system

At least 3 years' experience in diagnosing hardware/software problems

Experience of Windows AD administration

Experience of VMware

Experience of Citrix

Experience of SCCM or similar for endpoint Client Management
