About the role


We're rolling out Salesforce across our European BUs, we are looking for a Salesforce Specialist that will work with a team of Salesforce Architects and Developers.


As the Salesforce Specialist you'll take be a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders and help support the team in configuration and development works that match requirements and are built into successful solutions.


Key Objectives

  • Carrying out configuration works: hit the ground running, getting involved in Salesforce CRM implementation development works with colleagues, having user stories assigned to them and completing those same user stories successfully (including documentation production, where applicable);
  • Providing support to end users: being a point of escalation for resolution of support tickets and helping resolve BAU issues captured in the tickets submitted.
  • Providing support to the business during Hypercare: being one of the first points of contact for support issues raised by the business in the immediate post golive period of hypercare;
  • Delivering training to end users: helping onboard the business on to the new Salesforce platform, providing online and/or inperson classroom training sessions to our end users.

What we're looking for

  • Salesforce certification Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly in fastmoving consumer goods industry or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Full lifecycle development in a panEuropean enterprise development environment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and implementing processes for agile development and service delivery such as ITIL, Lean and similar framework

  • Base salary of £50,000 to £65,000 plus participation in an annual company bonus scheme
