- Liaise with collegues and team leaders and escalate any issues
- Inform/communicate operations to book the vehicles for collection and advise which pallets to load
- Support Line Manager in operational matters
- Delivery of successful customer and Service performance (KPI's)
- Respond to urgent matters at any time, and escalate issues to the appropriate person
- PC Literate (Microsoft Excel & Email)
- Experience of monitoring, communicating and liaising with suppliers and/or hauliers
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed and moving targets
