  • Liaise with collegues and team leaders and escalate any issues
  • Inform/communicate operations to book the vehicles for collection and advise which pallets to load
  • Support Line Manager in operational matters
  • Delivery of successful customer and Service performance (KPI's)
  • Respond to urgent matters at any time, and escalate issues to the appropriate person
