Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients and contractors, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to incoming calls, transfer calls and take messages as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all equipment is in working order and refreshments are ordered when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to company clean desk policy.
  • Provide administrative support, including dealing with incoming post, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate and provide local IT support, including setting up desks with docking stations and ordering assets as required.
  • Provide support to the Health & Safety Officer, ensuring all H&S notices, Fire Warden and First Aider information is up to date.
  • Serve as a First Aider or Fire Warden, as needed.
  • Assist with the provision of PPE.
  • Report and log tickets through the appropriate support helpdesk, ensuring matters are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with outsourced cleaning operatives and PPM engineers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background, with the ability to deliver a positive and welcoming experience to visitors and clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems and provide optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of health and safety and GDPR policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role is desirable.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a busy office environment.

Salary:
£14.80 per hour, temporary ongoing
