This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediatestart We are looking to speak to highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionists / Office Coordinators with excellent communication and organisational skills, who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients and contractors, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Respond to incoming calls, transfer calls and take messages as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all equipment is in working order and refreshments are ordered when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to company clean desk policy.
- Provide administrative support, including dealing with incoming post, couriers, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and provide local IT support, including setting up desks with docking stations and ordering assets as required.
- Provide support to the Health & Safety Officer, ensuring all H&S notices, Fire Warden and First Aider information is up to date.
- Serve as a First Aider or Fire Warden, as needed.
- Assist with the provision of PPE.
- Report and log tickets through the appropriate support helpdesk, ensuring matters are resolved in a timely manner.
- Liaise with outsourced cleaning operatives and PPM engineers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong customer service background, with the ability to deliver a positive and welcoming experience to visitors and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems and provide optimum customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health and safety and GDPR policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role is desirable.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a busy office environment.
Salary:
£14.80 per hour, temporary ongoing
