Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer (Elec Bias) to join our in-house team at Alex Young Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial maintenance and experience within projects, with electrical qualifications or apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for Contractors, Designers, NT Project Managers, external Project Managers, and the Programme Manager for engineering-related queries, design information, specification queries, coordination matters, investigations, surveys, and liaison with the Facilities team.
  • Work with the Estates Capital Projects team, contractors, and designers in arranging and supporting investigations and surveys, liaising with the Facilities department to coordinate, arrange, and provide access to areas under their control.
  • Coordinate and support the provision of engineering services to Business-as-Usual operations.

Requirements:

  • Electrical qualifications or apprenticeship
  • Proven track record in commercial maintenance and experience within projects
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

What We Offer:

Salary: £55,000 plus company benefits

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
