Client Relationship Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join Freedom People as an Account Manager, where you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the recruitment needs of our clients, ensuring successful client engagement and delivering top-quality candidates that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships.
- Understand client needs, company culture, and hiring goals to effectively match them with qualified candidates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback.
- Process Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to final placement of candidates.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates within the agreed time frames.
- Ensure that client requirements are met efficiently by collaborating with internal recruitment consultants.
- Regularly update clients on recruitment progress, providing reports and insights on hiring trends.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate recruitment projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the hiring needs of multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Market Insights & Advisory:
- Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends within their industry.
- Offer advice on talent acquisition strategies, diversity hiring, and workforce planning.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the recruitment industry.
- A deep understanding of recruitment practices, talent acquisition, and the hiring lifecycle.
- Experience in managing multiple clients and accounts simultaneously.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in recruitment software, Job Boards, CRM tools, and MS Office.
