Job Title
Transaction Oversight Administrator, 9 Month Fixed Term Contract (Jersey)

What is the Opportunity?
The securities Operations department provides custody and settlement services for clients of RBC in the British Isles.

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring client stock trades are settled on time, arranging transfer of client securities assets and assisting with custody queries.

You will be involved with running and collating daily reports, investigating unmatched trades, and providing oversight support for our outsourced processing team.


What will you do?

  • Investigate and resolve unmatched and failed trade settlement
  • Assist with product of daily trade settlement reports
  • Assist with monitoring of outsourced Settlement Operations activities
  • Review and investigate daily Stock and Cash Reconciliations
  • Assist with resolving custody queries
  • Arrange external and internal transfer of client assets
  • Prepare FX transactions
  • Input payment instructions
