As a Health Promotions Advisor with Bupa Clinics, you'll be able to use your training and education to support our customers by providing education on how to _Live Longer, Healthier, Happier Lives _.

Our customers are your priority and you'll spend the majority of your time with them doing what you do best and what you trained for.


This is a varied role where you shall mainly be London-based and working at various clinics covering health assessments, delivering talks to corporate clients with large audiences and working with teams. Strong presentation skills shall be essential for this post, as well as the ability to work independently.

Travel to other UK clinics may be required, but this shall be paid for.

You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers
  • Maintain accurate client records and get involved in the endtoend process
  • Promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in accordance with Bupa's current clinical policies
  • Carry out clinical testing including body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, gas analysis, diabetes blood test markers, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol profiling, anaemia blood test markers, electrocardiograms, audiometry, functional movement screening.
  • Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to promote behaviour change.
  • Explain clinical results and risk factors to our customers take them on a journey of how this impacts their health and wellbeing and steps they can take to mitigate this risk
  • Post assessment calls to support positive change and actions plans

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Educated to degree level in exercise physiology, nutrition or similar health science or nursing equivalent qualification.
  • Customer facing experience essential
  • Experience of performing measurement or assessment in a health and fitness or medical environment would be desirable
  • Ability to interpret a wide range of data, assessing the relevant messages to then deliver to the customer, tailoring these based on individual requirements
  • Accuracy in information recording and working within clinical guidelines
  • Ability to build rapport with customers, tailoring your approach to individuals
  • Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes
