We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality fitness programmes and wellbeing services to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the fitness floor and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members.
  • Develop and deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, including Spin and Les Mills programmes.
  • Promote and conduct our unique Health MOT, a comprehensive health assessment that empowers members to work towards achievable personal goals.
  • Ensure all members are assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
  • Provide expert advice and support to members on techniques, training, and lifestyle.
  • Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your initiative to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Be a competent swimmer.
  • Work a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
