PRODUCT LEAD ROLE:
As a Product Lead, you will lead product owner and management activities across one or more projects.
The role will be our first full-time Product Lead, so we're looking for someone who can help us establish the foundations of the role.
Responsibilities of the Product Lead will vary significantly from client to client. Some of our clients are new to digital and need to be shown how it's done. Other clients may already have a Product Owner, but they just don't have enough availability. The challenges vary, and we are looking for a Product Lead who can adapt and challenge.
Outside of your day-to-day, you'll work with the Head of Product and wider Product Team to develop and mature a more user-centred way of working across Amdaris.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role
- Strong understanding of agile
- Ability to consult on approaches with prospective clients
- Facilitator and collaborator
- Insight and user experience driven
- Ideally (but not required): Strong experience in a previous discipline before moving into Product (such as UX Consultant, Technical Architect, etc.)
