  • Due to continued growth, they are looking for experienced Document Controller to join a team dedicated to their planned maintenance works

Temporary - 6 months possibly longer
Office based, 3 days Brent office and 2 days Kilburn
The Role

  • Set up, copy, scan, and store documents and photographs
  • Ensure each document and photograph is labelled correctly on Sharepoint
  • Create templates for future use
  • Manage requests for documentation
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
  • To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
  • Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
  • Prepare adhoc reports on projects when required

  • Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer/laptop
  • Firsthand experience with MS Office and MS Excel
