Document Controller

**Key Information**
- This is an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to work with one of the UK’s largest affordable social housing companies
- They are a registered social landlord helping people at every stage of life to live in quality homes they can afford
- Due to continued growth, they are looking for experienced Document Controller to join a team dedicated to their planned maintenance works
- **Temporary - 6 months possibly longer - Office based, 3 days Brent office and 2 days Kilburn**
**The Role**
- Set up, copy, scan, and store documents and photographs - Ensure each document and photograph is labelled correctly on Sharepoint
- Create templates for future use
- Manage requests for documentation
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
**What you need to succeed?**
- Administration skills
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Customer service skills
- Able to use your initiative
- Knowledge of the English language
- Work well under pressure
- Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer/laptop
- First-hand experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
