About the Role:


As a Clinical Lead, your role involves close collaboration with our nursing and caregiving teams to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our homes.

With support from the management team, you will ensure our residents receive optimal care, addressing their needs through excellent nursing and clinical practices while actively contributing to all clinical aspects of service delivery.

Home Manager

Requirements for this Role:

  • Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team.
  • Previous management experience or leading a small team.
  • Ability to make clinical decisions and remain composed under pressure.
  • Passion for promoting best nursing practices and the ability to train, support, and mentor others.
  • Desire to foster positive working relationships within the team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.

Qualifications Required:

NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
