Admin Sales Support

Here at Driver Hire Motherwell, we have an exciting opportunity for an office based administrator with additional sales support, to join our established team of consultants based within Motherwell.

Driver Hire is UK's No.1 supplier of temporary and permanent staff to the transport and logistics sector. We believe in having 'Fun at Work', where hard work is balanced out with an upbeat work environment.

Your duties will include but limited to;:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Offering sales support to our consultants
  • Data Cleansing our unique system
  • Contacting relevant businesses within the ML, G67 & G68 postcodes
  • Arranging meetings for consultants
  • Filing both virtual and paper documents
  • Daily and weekly admin tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

As this is a combined admin and sales focussed role, you will be responsible for your own workload so good organisational and time-management skills are essential. Full training and support will be provided covering our business, Driver Hires in-house I.T. System and transport related legislation with a mix of on the job shadowing, training modules and our new Sales Academy.

Hours and pay;
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 (office based).

£18,250 per annum (we have the option of offering weekly or monthly pay to suit)

Additional benefits;:

  • 28 days holiday (includes standard Bank Holidays) with an additional week after first two years of service
  • Pension contributions

  • Use of company pool car for appointment attending (if required)
  • Company paid events

There will also be opportunities to progress within your role and become a Recruitment Consultant with additional uncapped bonus payments.
