Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Dalziel Park Head Office. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our Sales and Marketing Managers to promote our business and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through site visits, phone calls, and email communications
  • Record and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist with the organization of internal wedding fayres and other events
  • Develop and maintain promotional materials, such as brochures and sales leads

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
