1 x 5 of 7 shift pattern

Main Function of the Job:


This role is varied and you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of vehicle movements for our fleet of specialist drivers who are busy collecting and delivering cars under the brand name We Buy Any Car.

You will be the first point of contact for our fleet of specialist drivers.

Along with building a great rapport with our field-based remote team, you will enjoy the camaraderie that working within a lively and busy office brings.

You will assist the drivers with their queries, confirm job details and vehicle availability and input all data relevant to movement requests.

This role is ideal if you enjoy a busy office environment and are looking to progress a corporate career within the automotive industry.

Based within a small team, you will work solely on the WeBuyAnyCar operation within BCA Logistics.

Skills Required:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Friendly, polite and professional
  • A 'cando' attitude for this busy role
  • Call centre experience is a bonus but not essential

Main Duties:

  • Primary role is to support and guide the Drivers in delivering firstclass customer service.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Remain proactive and prioritise workloads and to meet required lead times.
  • Liaise with Service Delivery department to resolve any customer queries.
  • Arrange collections/deliveries to a date and time convenient to the customer.
  • To provide daytoday support Team Leaders and Operations Managers
  • Check and maintain efficient systems.
  • Resolve any complaints / queries and take corrective action in order to prevent re occurrence of events in compliance with departmental ISO 9002 guidelines.
  • Provide assistance to other functions where required.
  • To assume responsibility for Health and Safety of self and fellow employees at all times.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonable.
