Transport Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our dynamic team at We Are Workforce Ltd. As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport Coordination: Plan and manage transport operations to ensure timely deliveries and optimal routing.
  • Customer and Service Provider Communication: Engage with customers and service providers via email and telephone, providing clear and effective communication.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are handled in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or queries related to transport operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
