THE TEAM

Here is your chance to join our amazing Brand team, you know the ones responsible for all our amazing content that reaches customers and entices new ones? As S&P Coordinator, you will report to our Senior Producer and sit with the team at London HQ in Farringdon which is currently about 10 A-teamers strong.

As this role is very hands on, it is required for you to be at the office full time.

It's a pretty nice office with pretty nice and more than our fair share of talented professionals who are passionate about all things Axel Arigato and keep the place buzzing.


MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

Out
Sample & Production Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end sample management, supporting all departments with affective allocation of samples.

Responsible for ensuring that samples are accounted for, they will be the go-to contact for sample status updates / queries, communicating clearly with all relevant stakeholders.

You will also be a key support with the Brand team with the production of shoot content, assisting the organization and execution of content creation, responsible for ensuring the correct samples are present.

  • Previous work or internship experience in fashion/brand.
  • Experience working in Fashion GPS.
  • Excel knowledge.
  • Knowledge of couriers and customs.
  • Passion and care for products & samples.
  • Multitasker is your middle name
