We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with clients, and providing support to the bookings team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate schedules for productions
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their post needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the bookings team to ensure seamless execution of productions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Longform workflow and tapeless workflows
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in production bookings or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites and CETA
