About the Role

The Senior Business Change Manager for the Hub will collaborate with the Collegiate University and the broader HE sector to engage in discussions on Online Education, conveying its value and addressing stakeholder needs.

This role will cultivate a more nuanced understanding of online students and courses, influencing how online education is perceived.

Additionally, it will help establish a renowned presence in the rapidly growing global online education market while ensuring a well-informed communication strategy to maintain Oxford's reputation for educational excellence.

The Senior Business Change Manager will utilize the University's 800-year legacy to extend our educational offerings to diverse global audiences, in both established and emerging markets.

They will need to establish effective and empathetic relationships with various academic and professional stakeholders, highlighting the value of the Hub's services and increasing engagement. This will involve tailored and context-specific messaging.

Ultimately, this role demands a passion for educational innovation and a commitment to meeting the evolving needs of Oxford's modern online students. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position offered on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
