We are looking for a Business Support Administrator Assistant to join our team in Inverness.

Job Purpose:

We are looking to recruit an administrator assistant to support the Inverness office and wider firm Business Lines.

The Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Meeting & Greeting clients and all related front of house duties
  • Coordination of meeting rooms and client meeting requirements
  • Processing internal and external mail activity
  • Processing client documentation and records incl. scanning, filing, and returning records
  • Assisting with AML requirements
  • Database Management
  • Producing consistent high quality and accurate documents with a quick turnaround, ensuring letters, memos, file notes and reports are prepared in the required format and saved as per the firm's filing standards
  • Providing administrative support to various Business Lines incl. lodging accounts and submitting tax returns
  • Processing file management and archiving in accordance with firms procedures
  • Undertaking other duties and tasks as and when required

About You:

  • A leader of your work and your professional learning
  • Relevant experience in this or a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative
  • Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills are desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others
