Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for an exciting new role?


We are delighted to be working in partnership with our fantastic client, a leading Accountancy Firm, to recruit an Office Support Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


What you'll do

  • Manage Reception
  • Screening calls and visitors into the office
  • Manage the meeting room booking system, ensuring they are tidied after each booking
  • Ensuring refreshments are provided for client meetings
  • Manage and maintain stationery and office supplies
  • Support with the organisation of meetings including booking travel, venues, inviting guests, taking minutes etc
  • Provide admin support the wider team, preparing draft letters etc
  • Diary management, handing expenses on behalf of the partners
  • Work closely with the Office Manager carrying out H&S and Fire Safety tasks
  • Managing all records, paper and electronic based
  • Scanning and photocopying from time to time

What you'll need

  • Prior experience in an Office Support role, ideally from a Professional Services background
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to work independently with support from the wider team
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong client relationships skills
