We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Respond to Employee Reference Requests
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
