Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
  • Respond to Employee Reference Requests
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
