Job Summary:

Office Angels is currently recruiting for a professional Recruitment Administrator to join our prestigious client based in the city centre. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work for a well-established search and selection firm, supporting Consultants and Senior Management in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with candidate management processes, ensuring fast and accurate data entries are made on our bespoke system.
  • Maintain and update in-house databases to ensure efficient workflow for all members of the team.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.
  • Support office diary management and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Act as the coordination point for the recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at an executive level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
