Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager of Executive Operations in managing the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO or Executive Assistant.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure that the CEO's office runs smoothly.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in business administration or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiar with Google docs is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethics.

Salary range:
£28-30k/year
