We are seeking to appoint customer focussed individuals who have a dedicated working style with enthusiasm and drive are highly organised and can manage a substantial workload efficiently and effectively with a keen, "can do" attitude.
Reporting to our Resales Director you will be responsible for achieving, with the view to exceeding, instructions and sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets on developments within designated geographical area.
You will undertake apartment appraisals and viewing of properties, and work with the Head Office Property Consultants where necessary to ensure all offers are progressed through to completion and that regular contact with agents and solicitors is maintained throughout the entire sales chain and appropriate details are entered onto the sales system.
Our Field Property Consultants are expected to work on their own initiative and organise the daily workload in line with priority.
You will be able to work under pressure to complete urgent work and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy at all times.
You will build, develop, and maintain a good working relationship with the Head Office Resales team, House Mangers/Estate Managers, and wider McCarthy Stone team and where possible make recommendations to the Head of Business for improving instruction levels, sales performance and viewing numbers for resale apartments.
